Custom Orders (Kaption)

Kaption specialises in embroidered caps, including custom text and bulk orders.

1. What you can customise

Depending on the product, you can customise:

• Text (names, phrases)
• Thread colour (options vary)
• Placement (where available)
• Bulk order customisation (team/company phrases, events, etc.)

2. Proofing & approval

• We embroider exactly what you submit at checkout (including punctuation and spelling).
• If we offer a proof option for certain orders, production starts only after approval.

3. Content restrictions

We may refuse any custom text/design that is:

• Offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful
• Infringing on someone else’s trademark/copyright
• Likely to damage our equipment or production flow (e.g., excessively complex art without prior approval)

4. Lead times

Custom items require production time. Lead times shown on the site are estimates and can extend during peak periods.

5. Returns on custom items

Custom items are made to order and are generally not returnable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error. See Returns & Refunds Policy.
