1. Processing times

• Ready-to-ship items: processed in 3 business days.
• Custom embroidered items: processed within 7 business days (depending on workload and customisation).
  Processing time excludes delivery transit time.

2. Delivery times & areas

We deliver to: South Africa
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Major metros: 2 business days
• Outlying areas: 5 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, strikes, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel size/weight. Should there be any unusual charges for rural areas, we will be in contact.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link.

5. Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Damages in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
